JACKSONVILLE – Duval County Supervisor of Elections Jerry Holland is inviting the public to attend the pre-election canvassing board meeting at 12:00 p.m. and the Public Logic and Accuracy (L&A) testing of our automated tabulating voting equipment at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 23, 2024.

This public pre-election test is required by Florida Statute 101.5612(2) ahead of the March 19th Presidential Preference Primary. The public test verifies that the tabulators will correctly count the votes cast.

The Public Logic and Accuracy test will be held inside the Duval County Elections Center at One Imeson Park Boulevard, Suite 100, Jacksonville, Florida 32218.

The Logic and Accuracy test is a random sample of one precinct tabulator performed from each of the 14 Jacksonville City Council Districts, one Early Voting site, and one of the four high-speed tabulators (DS950).

If you have questions about the Public Logic and Accuracy Test, please call the Duval County Elections Office at 904-255-VOTE (8683) or you can get answers on our website, www.duvalelections.gov.
